This is from the DINOSAUR BAR B QUE Cookbook 1/2 cup Paprika 1/2 cup Kosher Salt 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar 1/2 cup Granulated Garlic 6 Tbsp Granulated Onion 1/4 cup Chili Powder 1 Tbsp Blk Pepper 1 Tsp Ground Cumin 1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper Dump all the ingredients in a bowl and rub them together with your hands. Store in a plastic or glass container til ready to use. Makes 2 3/4 Cups
