Great with Prime Rib, steaks, poke chops, etc
AAB's Horsey Sauce
1½ cups sour cream
½ cup Duke's mayo
¼-½ cup prepared horseradish
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Kosher Salt (optional)
Black pepper (optional)
Mix together well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add some chopped chives for color, if desired.
